Annual Nursing Reports

Audience: Community stakeholders, nurses (staff and prospective employees), nursing schools
 

Nurses are in high demand across the United States. To attract and retain talent, a healthcare organization needs to be a place where nurses want to work. In addition to showcasing the prior year’s accomplishments, the Boone Health Annual Nursing Report presents Boone Health as an ideal workplace for outstanding nurses, offering professional development opportunities, shared governance, evidence-based practice, and recognition of nursing excellence. 

From 2014 through 2025, I collaborated with the Chief Nursing Executive and Professional Practice Manager to determine the theme, structure, content, and design of the report. I built each report in Adobe InDesign and created graphs and diagrams in Adobe Illustrator. ​
